6 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher David Price went six innings, allowing two runs, on just four hits, while striking out seven, and walking only one in Saturday's 2-1 loss to Tampa Bay. While Price falls to 1-2 on the year, he's now allowed two or fewer runs in each of his last three starts. Unfortunately, Price just wasn't able to get any offense behind him, foiling the outing for the southpaw. He's easily been Boston's best starter through the season's first month, as he hosts a 3.60 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, .220 BAA, to go with a 37:8 K:BB. Price goes back to the mound on Thursday, in a great road matchup with the White Sox. He can be trusted as a start in all formats and should be a popular DFS option.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
