Corey Dickerson, Lonnie Chisenhall Suffer Setbacks
6 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielders Corey Dickerson (shoulder) and Lonnie Chisenhall (left calf) and will undergo testing in the coming days, after suffering setbacks in their rehab. Dickerson was set to begin his rehab assignment with Triple-A Indianapolis Saturday, as a designated hitter. He was throwing from just 110 feet Saturday before feeling a tightness in his right shoulder. Chisenhall left a rehab game Friday, after feeling tightness in his left calf while rounding a base. Dickerson hasn't played in a game since April 3, while Chisenhall has yet to play a game with the Pirates. In the meantime, the Pirates continue a platoon between Jason Martin, Pablo Reyes, and Melky Cabrera in left field.
