6 years agoSeattle Mariners starter Marco Gonzales undoubtedly pitched his worst game of 2019 on Wednesday. The southpaw failed to make it through two innings as the Cubs shelled him for six runs (three earned) in just 1 2/3 innings of work. Gonzales uncharacteristically issued three free passes in the contest, as he dropped his first game of the season after starting 5-0. It may not get any easier for Gonzales in his next start on the road versus the New York Yankees, but owners should still trot him out in their lineups with the Yanks being so susceptible to the strikeout against lefties.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
