6 years agoToronto Blue Jays starter Marcus Stroman allowed five runs (four earned) on six hits through 3 1/3 innings of work in Wednesday's 6-3 loss to the Los Angeles Angels. He struck out three batters while walking two. It was Stroman's shortest outing of 2019 and the first time that he has allowed more than three runs in a game through the early portion of the season. The 28-year-old still has a reputable 2.20 ERA through seven starts, despite an uninspiring 1-4 record. He is expected to take on the Minnesota Twins in his next appearance.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
