ANALYSIS: Renato Nunez was a trendy pick-up a few weeks ago after a few homers put him in the spotlight. He’s tallied six total bombs on the season but the power dried up in the last nine games which were mostly on the road.

Nunez will be ranked highly among the acquisitions this week primarily for the venue. He gets to play at home in Camden Yards this week for all six games. He’ll match up against four right-handed pitchers and two lefties.

Thanks to the location, Nunez’ average performance against righties is overlooked as he is batting .278 against them at home. He’s batting a ridiculous .438 against southpaws in Camden so you can breath better even when David Price and Chris Sale takes the mound as there still exists an opportunity for production.
