6 years agoSan Diego Padres starter Cal Quantrill will start Sunday against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Quantrill returns from Triple-A, where he’s spent the last two weeks after making two spot starts earlier in May. The team has not announced a corresponding roster move. The 24-year-old rookie posted a 3.60 ERA, 1.60 WHIP and 7.2 K/9 in 10 big league innings. He has minimal fantasy relevance but could be a deep streamer against the Pirates who have scored just 61 runs in May, fourth-worst in the National League.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
