6 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Anthony DeSclafani struggled in a 6-0 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers on Friday. DeSclafani allowed four runs in four innings of work while striking out three. The veteran right-hander had trouble keeping the ball in the park as he coughed up three home runs to the Los Angeles hitters. DeSclafani had been pitching well at the start of May but he has turned in two straight poor outings, posting a 9.00 ERA in eight combined innings over that span. Overall, he has a 4.60 ERA, 1.24 WHIP, and 50 strikeouts in 45 innings of work. He will see the Chicago Cubs in his next start, which will be on Friday.--Matt T - RotoBaller
