White Sox Activate Eloy Jimenez
6 years agoThe Chicago White Sox have activated outfielder Eloy Jimenez prior to their series opener against the Houston Astros. Jimenez had suffered a right ankle sprain on April 26th and has been on the injured list since April 28th. He made five rehab appearances with Triple-A Charlotte and he was 7-for-22 (.318 average) with a home run and an RBI. So far this season, Jimenez has a .241 average with three home runs and eight RBI in 21 games for the White Sox. Jimenez is a must-start in all formats and if someone in your league dropped the outfielder to the waiver wire, I highly advise you make them pay on their mistake by adding him.
