6 years agoNew York Mets second basemen Jed Lowrie (hamstring) has been moved to the 60-day IL. Lowrie has already spent 53 days on the 10-day IL so this move is not a sign that he will be out long term. However, there has been little to no news since he suffered a setback early last week, so there are no indications pointing to an immediate return either.--Joseph Magazzinich
