6 years agoWashington Nationals third baseman Anthony Rendon had another big game Monday night at Citi Field against the New York Mets. Rendon reached base safely all four times he came to plate, walking twice, hitting his ninth home run and notching his league-leading 17th double. Rendon has been a bright spot in a dark season for the Nationals, hitting .324 with an OPS of 1.141. It looks like the first All-Star appearance is in order for the third baseman. Rendon will continue to anchor fantasy lineups the rest of the year.--Walt Clark
