5 years agoChicago Cubs catcher Willson Contreras will get Tuesday evening off versus the Rockies. Contreras had only been sitting when Yu Darvish starts until last week when Joe Maddon sat him in two straight games. Darvish is on the bump tomorrow and it will be interesting to see if Joe Maddon sits Contreras once again. Victor Caratini will replace Contreras behind the plate and bat sixth. Caratini will have a nice matchup versus Jeff Hoffman who sports a 7.20 ERA over his first 15 innings in 2019.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
