6 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Hunter Renfroe is getting the day off Wednesday against the Philadelphia Phillies. Renfroe has become a more than useful fantasy contributor so far this season, smacking 17 bombs over 55 games. On the season, Renfroe is hitting .250/.301/.610 with 25 runs, 33 RBI and he's even chipped in three stolen bases, tying a career high. Renfroe is still hitting righties much harder than lefties, but with a .297/.325/.703 line against left-handed pitchers this season, he has shown that he can more than hold his own and should be seriously considered in all formats. Josh Naylor will bat fifth and man left as he tries to extend a modest four-game hitting streak against Phillies right-hander Jake Arrieta on Wednesday.--Joseph Magazzinich
