5 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Luis Castillo pitched well in a 2-1 loss to the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday. Castillo allowed just one run over six innings of work while striking out six. He wound up settling for a no-decision as Cleveland starter Trevor Bauer matched him in a pitcher's duel. Castillo has been excellent this season, posting a 6-1 record, 2.20 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, and 96 strikeouts in 81 2/3 innings of work. He will look to keep rolling in his next start, which will be a challenging one against the Houston Astros.--Matt T - RotoBaller
