6 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher John Means (shoulder) is throwing a bullpen session on Tuesday and is on track to return to the Orioles rotation this weekend, although a set date has not been announced yet. Means has definitely proven to be useful so far in mixed leagues but could be due for some major regression. He is currently sporting a 4.69 SIERA, which is more than a two-run difference over his ERA, and he is due to have his HR/FB rate normalize at some point as well. Ride him until it's over, just beware there are signs pointing to an ugly ending.--Joseph Magazzinich
