J.D. Martinez Homers Against White Sox
6 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder J.D. Martinez finished 2-for-5 with a home run, double, and three runs batted in during Wednesday's loss to the White Sox. His two-run shot was his first home run in 42 at-bats and his first game with more than one RBI in a game since June 13. This month, he's slashing .275/.347/.549 with six homers and 14 RBI. With 17 bombs and 45 RBI on the year, Martinez continues to be a key part of Boston's offense. If he is in the game day lineup, he should be in your fantasy lineup, and should be considered a top DFS option against left-handed pitching.
