5 years agoThe Toronto Maple Leafs acquired defenseman Tyson Barrie, center Alexander Kerfoot and a sixth-round pick in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft from the Colorado Avalanche on Monday in exchange for center Nazem Kadri, defenseman Calle Rosen and a third-round selection in 2020. Kerfoot posted 19 goals and 43 points in 2017-18 with the Avs, and 15 goals and 42 pints in 78 games last season. The Leafs won't lose much with Kerfoot, who can also be an effective piece on the power play, too.--Daniel Dobish
