5 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher David Price allowed just two runs on four hits over six innings, while striking out seven and walking four in Tuesday's win over the Blue Jays. Price pumped 60 strikes in 93 pitches, including 13 swinging strikes in the win. The southpaw has now allowed two or fewer runs in five of his last six starts as he improves to 6-2 on the year. While the four walks is a season high for Price, he was able to limit damage as he has done most of this season. If the Sox let the 33-year-old go back out in five days, he'll get a road matchup with the Tigers, but it is possible they let the veteran rest until after the All-Star break.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
