5 years agoToronto Blue Jays catcher Danny Jansen was 3-for-4 with two solo home runs and three runs scored during an 8-7 loss to the Boston Red Sox on Thursday. The 24-year-old has been on a monstrous tear as of late, slashing a ridiculous .462/.481/1.231 with six HRs and 10 RBI over his past seven games. Jansen had a dismal start to the season after garnering fantasy hype throughout training camp. He is now showing the potential that made him an enticing option on draft day. Fantasy managers that are desperate for help at a thin catcher position can pick him up while he remains hot.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
