6 years agoLos Angeles Angels designated hitter Shohei Ohtani will try and keep his hot streak alive as the team opens up the second half of the season against the Mariners on Friday. Ohtani is slashing .357/.357/.893 over his last seven games played and is hitting .388 over his last 49 at-bats. Ohtani's fantasy value is limited only by his positional versatility (he is slotted only as DH in most formats) but is in line for a huge second half of the season. He already has 24 extra-base hits through is first 53 games played this season and is hitting a respectable .283 with runners in scoring position. Ohtani's has value in standard fantasy formats but is best utilized in DFS tournaments moving forward.--Joey C - RotoBaller
