Clayton Kershaw Shuts Down Phillies in Blowout
5 years agoAn offensive outburst for the team overshadowed a solid outing for Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw. He went six innings, allowing one earned run with seven strikeouts. This was the second game in a row allowing just one earned run for Kershaw after a rough end to June that saw him allow eight earned over his last two starts. It has been an off-season for Kershaw so far, allowing a 3.00 ERA, but if this is the start of a turnaround he could once again become one of the best fantasy pitchers in the league.
