6 years agoHouston Astros catcher Robinson Chirinos will try and shake out of a 3-for-31 (.091) slump as the team prepares to take on the Angels Tuesday night. After slugging .529 in the month of June, Chirinos' offensive production has come crashing back to earth. On the season, Chirinos was slugging .521 on June 14 but that number has plummeted to .427 heading into this week's action. He will not be a strong play on the road against the Angels and is slashing .198/.329/.405 in 38 games away from Minute Maid Park. Options at catcher are scarce in fantasy but Chirinos is losing value by the day.--Joey C - RotoBaller
