5 years agoJoe Gibbs Racing driver Martin Truex Jr. registered a sixth-place finish at the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Sunday. While he didn't lead any laps, and he didn't gain any Place-Differential points since he started sixth, it was still a fairly strong run and finish. He looks for redemption next week at Pocono where he tumbled to 35th back on June 2 due to an engine issue. MTJ has two victories, five top-5 finishes and 10 top-10 runs in 27 career Cup starts with a 15.67 Average-Finish Position.--Daniel Dobish
