5 years agoOn Monday, the New Orleans Saints released wide receiver Cameron Meredith. Meredith was working his way back from a knee injury and was already facing an uphill battle to make the team, but the emergence of rookie Emmanuel Butler made that an even harder task for Meredith. He'll now try to find another team, but the days of Meredith being a fantasy relevant wide receiver may be over. The path for Butler to get meaningful snaps for the Saints has opened up, though.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
