5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder/shortstop Scott Kingery went 3-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored Thursday vs the Giants. Kingery even added his eighth stolen base of the season to add to his badly needed big day. Kingery only had two hits in his previous 19 at-bats and hadn't driven in a run since July 16. It was a big day for fantasy owners but Kingery is still due for more regression. His xSLG of .423 is much lower than his actual slugging percentage of .498. His xBA and xwOBA are also below his actual batting average and wOBA so things could continue to get worse before they get better for the second-year utilityman. He's still worth owning in deeper leagues and has some plus matchups this weekend at home against the White Sox.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
