Josh Oliver Hamstring Injury Is Serious
5 years agoOn Thursday, Jacksonville Jaguars rookie tight end Josh Oliver left practice with a hamstring injury. On Friday, head coach Doug Marrone said that the hamstring issue is serious and that the team doesn't know when Oliver will be back on the field. The rookie was off to a promising start to camp and had a shot at claiming the starting tight end role for the Jags, but that's likely over now. Expect Jacksonville to play it safe with Oliver this year and for Geoff Swaim to establish himself as the team's top tight end. Swaim has some fantasy intrigue in deeper leagues.
