6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer went 0-for-4 Sunday in the Astros 3-1 win over the Mariners. The hitless effort will not obscure the production Springer has been bringing to the top of the Astros lineup and is slugging .541 over his last 15 games. He has five extra-base hits over his last 10 games played and is slashing .308/.408/.667 hitting with runners in scoring position this season. For the season, Springer will head into next week's fantasy action with 14 doubles, 25 home runs and 62 runs batted in through 316 at-bats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
