6 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve went 0-for-4 in the Astros 3-1 victory over the Mariners on Sunday. Altuve has been one of the hottest hitters in all of baseball so one off-game won't take away from what he's currently bringing to the fantasy table. Altuve just wrapped up a month of July where he slashed .388/.434/.653 with six home runs, eight doubles and 17 runs batted in over 98 at-bats. The 29-year-old hasn't put up this kind of production since he won the MVP award in 2017. After a season and a half of battling a nagging knee injury, the days of elite fantasy production from Altuve are officially back.--Joey C - RotoBaller
