He added Penny looks like a breakout candidate in his second NFL campaign, showing off speed on long runs while also displaying impressive open-field moves to turn modest runs into big gainers. Penny should be targeted as a legit RB3 or flex fantasy option in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams, with Carson as a solid RB2. The Seahawks are deep with C.J. Prosise, Travis Homer, J.D.
