Rashard Higgins Finds The End Zone In Preseason Win
5 years agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Rashard Higgins had a big game in a 30-10 win over Washington in Thursday's preseason opener. Higgins caught five of his six targets for 98 yards and a touchdown in the win. The fourth-year wideout's touchdown came on a 24-yard strike from Baker Mayfield, which punctuated the team's first offensive drive of the game. Higgins is in a camp battle with Antonio Callaway for the right to open the regular season as the team's No. 3 wide receiver. Callaway went for just 42 scoreless yards in the game, giving Higgins an early lead in the competition. He will be worth monitoring as whoever wins the No. 3 job could have some value in what will be an explosive Cleveland offense this season.
