6 years agoNew England Patriots running back Nick Brossette racked up a team-high 22 carries for 66 yards and one touchdown in the Patriots 31-3 win in Week 1 of the preseason. The rookie converted on a 1-yard touchdown run in the first half, making a strong first impression. Brossette's name won't pop up on any fantasy sheets currently but the Patriots love having a wealth of running backs on their team. The rookie will need more performances like this to give himself a shot in a crowded backfield.--Joey C - RotoBaller
