James Washington Hauls In Touchdown On Friday
5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver James Washington caught four passes for 84 yards and a score in Friday's win over Tampa Bay. The second-year pass catcher is fighting to become the team's second starting wide receiver. However, Donte Moncrief didn't log a snap on Friday, which means that the team seems to value his experience more than Washington's supposed talent. The Oklahoma State product caught 16 passes last year for 217 yards and a touchdown in his rookie campaign, but this training camp battle will be a tell tale of his future in Pittsburgh. Washington has been going around pick 127 in fantasy mock drafts, but his dynasty value is slightly higher than in redraft. If he continues to get the ball in preseason games, his stock will rise, but it's hard to guarantee his role heading into the regular season.
