Bills Offensive Line Remains Top Concern of Preseason
5 years agoEntering their second preseason game against Carolina on Friday night, Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll is still experimenting with different groupings of offensive linemen and would not commit to naming a starting five yet, saying only that it was narrowed down to around seven players. With potential breakout running back Devin Singletary, an ancient and fragile backfield that includes LeSean McCoy and Frank Gore, as well as a second-year quarterback in Josh Allen who will need to stay upright in order to get the ball downfield to speedsters like John Brown and Robert Foster, Buffalo's offensive-line performance will be key to Buffalo's overall fantasy performance in 2019. Buffalo gets their last look at a 3-4 defense on Friday against the Panthers, which will be telling for the near future, seeing that Buffalo will also face a 3-4 in their first two regular season games.
