5 years agoTampa Bay Rays second baseman Eric Sogard (rest) is out of the lineup for Wednesday's series finale against the Mariners. Sogard will take a seat with left-hander Wade LeBlanc starting for the opposition, as Mike Brosseau will take over at second base and bat eighth in the lineup. The 33-year-old has picked up right where he left off after being traded from the Blue Jays, with totals of three home runs, eight RBI, and a .333 batting average through 17 games with the Rays.
