5 years agoOakland Athletics starter Tanner Roark allowed two runs on seven hits across 6 1/3 innings during a 5-3 win over the New York Yankees on Thursday. He struck out seven batters without issuing a walk. The 32-year-old has been superb since joining the A's in a midseason trade. He owns a 2-1 record through four starts with his new club to go along with a 2.63 ERA, 1.17 WHIP, and 23/5 K/BB rate.
