5 years agoTexas outfielder Willie Calhoun continued to shine on Friday in Chicago, hitting a three-run home run in the top of the first inning off of White Sox starter Dylan Cease. The Rangers would eventually lose 8-3 but Calhoun continues to hit like he has no intention of going back to the minors, with nine home runs, 19 RBI, and 18 runs scored since being recalled. Calhoun is slashing .299/.346/.639 in those 104 plate appearances, with a 146 wRC+ and .401 wOBA.
