Golden Tate Participating in Practice
5 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Golden Tate (concussion) is working with the first-team offense without a non-contact jersey in practice Monday. Tate will miss the first four games of the 2019 season for violating the NFL policy on performance-enhancing substances. He had 74 catches for 795 yards and four touchdowns with two teams last season. He just turned 31, and there's uncertainty with the Giants offense scaling back to feature running back Saquon Barkley more. Tate is still worth stashing as one of your final receivers, but there isn't a lot of upside.
