5 years agoNew York Jets kicker Taylor Bertolet is in danger of being cut after missing three of five field goals Thursday vs the Eagles. To be fair to Bertolet, the misses were from 53, 56, and 49 yards away, but the team is certainly looking for someone who can make those kicks with some degree of regularity. Bertolet did convert kicks from 23 and 39 yards away but the Jets will almost definitely kick the tires on a free agent kicker once teams begin making cuts. Even if he makes the team, fantasy owners can look elsewhere in the late in the draft when looking to fill the kicker position.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
