5 years agoThe Jacksonville Jaguars have released wide receiver Terrelle Pryor. Limited to just one preseason game because of a hamstring injury, Pryor's upside as a big target in the red zone wasn't able to outweigh the negatives. This should open a spot for Tre McBride to make the final roster, as Marqise Lee's slow recovery from a knee injury means the Jaguars will likely need to carry six receivers to start the year. It's hard to see Pryor sticking anywhere at this point in his career. Meanwhile, McBride projects to be the sixth receiver on a run heavy team, so there's no reason to roster him either.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
