Browns Defense Draws Solid Week 1 Matchup
5 years agoThe Cleveland Browns Defense is widely expected to be one of the most improved units in the league this season. With a defensive line bookended by Myles Garrett and Olivier Vernon, the team should have little trouble putting pressure on opposing quarterbacks. A secondary featuring promising young cornerbacks Denzel Ward and Greedy Williams should make it difficult for opposing offenses to move the ball through the air. The Browns welcome the Tennessee Titans to Cleveland in a game where they are 5.5-point home favorites. The Titans offense is a question mark heading into the regular season, meaning the Browns can be treated as a top-six fantasy defense for Week 1.
