5 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery will meet the Washington Redskins in the regular-season opener at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday. He posted eight receptions for 90 yards and a score on 10 targets in his two games against Washington in 2018, including 59 yards and a score in the final on Dec. 30. He also had 105 yards and a touchdown in Tennessee in the opener last season. Jeffrey usually starts well, posting 71 or more receiving yards in four of his past five season debuts. Treat Jeffery as a legit low-end WR2 or flex option even with the presence of DeSean Jackson this season.--Daniel Dobish
