5 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Bennie Fowler is likely to start in the slot in Week 1 with Golden Tate beginning his four-game suspension. The Cowboys pass rush, led by DeMarcus Lawrence and newly-signed Robert Quinn, is likely to be in quarterback Eli Manning’s face often on Sunday. Additionally, both tight end Evan Engram and receiver Sterling Shepard have tough matchups, and if Manning doesn’t have a lot of time to throw, he might be looking to dump off to Fowler or running back Saquon Barkley on short routes. If Fowler is able to rack up enough of those, he could be valuable in deep PPR leagues or DFS games as a budget wide receiver option.--Eric Samulski - RotoBaller
