5 years agoThe New York Giants Defense is catching a few breaks in their Week 1 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. Most glaringly, Cowboys Pro Bowl running back Ezekiel Elliott might not receive a full workload after finally signing on Wednesday. While Tony Pollard has looked good in the preseason, this is absolutely a downgrade to the Cowboys offense and they could put the ball in the hands of quarterback Dak Prescott more than normal. That also could benefit the Giants since wide receiver Amari Cooper is dealing with a mysterious foot injury, potentially hampering the passing attack. The Giants can’t be trusted in season long leagues, however, they make an interesting option in DFS if you’re looking for a basement-level priced defense.--Eric Samulski - RotoBaller
