5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Alex Verdugo (oblique) encountered a setback during his rehab assignment with short-season Ogden. Verdugo's last MLB appearance came on August 6. The sweet-swinging rookie was enjoying a productive campaign before the ailment, but the Dodgers' depth allows them to be patient with the 23-year-old. He may return before the end of the regular season, but even if he does, there is a very crowded outfield situation. He's someone with sizable long-term fantasy value but offers little to managers in redraft leagues for the rest of the year.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
