5 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley rushed for 97 yards on 14 carries in Week 1 against the Carolina Panthers, and 64 yards were tallied in the fourth quarter. He added a four-yard reception as well. Gurley was used sparingly early on, as running back Malcolm Brown rushed 11 times for 53 yards and two touchdowns. This might be the kind of split you can expect between the two moving forward as the team tries to keep Gurley's knee healthy. The Rams will face the New Orleans Saints in Week 2, and Gurley will be a low-end RB1 option.--Ryan Dodson
