Latavius Murray an RB3 on Monday Night
5 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Latavius Murray will debut for his new team on Monday night against the Houston Texans. Murray is expected to slot into the Mark Ingram role for the Saints this season after the latter left for Baltimore as a free agent. Ingram averaged just over 13 touches per game in 2018, which means Murray should see a nice chunk of work behind starter Alvin Kamara. The Saints possess one of the most running back-friendly offenses in the league, meaning Murray is worth a look as an upside flex option in all fantasy leagues in Week 1, even against a Texans Defense that was stout against the run in 2018.
