Redskins Defense Ready To Get Bulldozed By Cowboys
5 years agoThe Washington Redskins Defense will have home-field advantage on Sunday, but that is where this unit's leg up on the Cowboys begins and ends. Washington's front seven are staring down one of the better offensive lines in football, and Dallas has an abundance of weapons to turn to. Dak Prescott was one of the more impressive quarterbacks in the league last week, and if the Redskins can collapse the pocket, he's capable of eluding them for long enough to make a play one way or the other. The Washington secondary will have a heck of a time chasing Michael Gallup and Amari Cooper around all afternoon, and even if they're successful there, Randall Cobb is a solid third receiving option. Then there is the obvious challenge of trying to neutralize Ezekiel Elliott. This defensive unit melted down against the Eagles in the second half in Week 1, and we can expect the Cowboys to enjoy similar success on Sunday.
