BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ team leagues
OWNED IN: 14% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Nelson Agholor's value on the waiver wire depends entirely on the injury outlook of the rest of Philadelphia's receivers. Alshon Jeffery (calf) and DeSean Jackson (groin) were both hurt, playing a combined 17 snaps before exiting the ball game.
With them out, Agholor was Philly's best weapon, playing 96 percent of the team's snaps, catching eight of his 11 targets for 107 yards and a touchdown. Agholor also dropped a key pass late in the game.
But in Week 1 with those two healthy, Agholor still played almost 80 percent of the snaps and caught just two passes for 11 yards. With everyone healthy, he's the fourth or fifth option on this team and doesn't have a role offensively that justifies playing him in fantasy.
If one or both guys misses time? Well, that changes things. Let's get hypothetical. You start Agholor in a 14-team league with one out. You start him in a 10-team league if both are out. But we won't have a great idea of all that before waivers run, so you're going to have to take some risk when you make your claims. Agholor is probably worth that risk.
