Odell Beckham Jr. Rips Jets for 161 Yards
5 years agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. caught six of 10 targets for 161 yards and a touchdown in a 23-3 win over the New York Jets on Monday night. Beckham made the play of the game when he took a short pass over the middle in the third quarter and outran the New York defense for an 89-yard touchdown, the longest of his career. Beckham did survive an injury scare as he had to leave the game briefly at the end of the first half after he came down hard in the end zone following a catch attempt. He returned for the second half without any issues. Beckham now has 13 catches for 232 yards and a touchdown through two games. He will look to find the end zone again in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams.
