Damiere Byrd On The Fringe
5 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Damiere Byrd has emerged as a player to watch on waivers. He has just 10 catches for 87 yards and no touchdowns in two games, but he was targeted seven times in each game. He is functionally the team's third-best wide receiver, though Keesean Johnson has a lot more upside, and Michael Crabtree is looming. Byrd isn't worth starting against the Carolina Panthers this week, but keep an eye on his usage rate.
