Nick Chubb a Solid RB1 Against Rams
5 years agoCleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb will look to find the end zone for a second straight week when he takes on the Los Angeles Rams in Week 3. Chubb ripped off a 19-yard score in Week 2, giving him 137 rushing yards through the first two games of the season. Aided by Drew Brees' thumb injury, the Rams shut down Alvin Kamara in Week 2 but struggled to contain Christian McCaffrey in the season opener. Cleveland head coach Freddie Kitchens told reporters this week that they need to get the ball to Chubb more going forward, opening up speculation that he might see more third-down work. Look for the second-year running back to get fed often in this one. He can be trusted as a rock-solid RB1 in all formats this weekend.
